Who we are

This site is published by the Navarro College Small Business Development Center (Navarro SBDC), hosted by the Navarro College District and funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration. Our address is Navarro SBDC, 3205 West 2nd Ave, Corsicana, TX 75110.

What this site collects

This is a static website. It has no user accounts, no comments, and no shopping cart. It sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not build a profile of you.

When you send us a form

If you fill in one of our inquiry forms, we receive what you type — typically your name, email address, phone number and a description of your business — so that an advisor can reply. We use it to answer you and to run our advising service. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone outside the SBDC except where SBA program reporting requires it, in which case it is reported in aggregate.

Forms are processed on our behalf by a hosted form service, which stores the submission so our team can see it, and by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the sender is a person rather than a bot. Turnstile sets no cookies and does not track you across sites.

Analytics

This site currently runs no analytics and sets no cookies of its own. If that changes, this page will change with it, and anything that requires your consent will ask for it first.

Links to other sites

Our research and resources pages link out to government agencies, lenders and other organizations. Those sites have their own privacy policies and we have no control over what they collect. Following a link from here means their rules apply, not ours.

How long we keep things

Inquiries and client records are retained for as long as we are advising you, and afterwards for the period required by SBA program reporting. You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, except where we are obliged to keep it.
